These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and wvt99 ("wvt99", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://wvt99.cam (the "Platform"), including all content, features, tools, services, information and functionality made available through it.

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering an account, placing a bet, claiming a promotion or otherwise interacting with wvt99 — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Access to and use of the Platform, including any registration, betting, gaming or promotional activity, is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. wvt99 reserves the right to close any account and void any associated bets or winnings where false or misleading information is discovered.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information as requested. wvt99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers or other software to access or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security systems or underlying technology.
• Using the Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or acting as an agent for any undisclosed principal.
• Exploiting errors, technical faults, or pricing mistakes in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to transmit any malware, viruses, spam or other harmful or disruptive code.
• Reproducing, publishing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without express written consent from wvt99.

wvt99 reserves the right to monitor Platform usage for compliance with these Terms and to take any action deemed necessary, including account suspension, fund forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities, where prohibited use is identified.

wvt99 provides contextual information about deposit methods commonly familiar to Pakistani users, including mobile wallets and banking channels. The following terms govern all deposit activity on the Platform:

• Currency: Deposits may be made in supported currencies as determined by the operator. Financial examples on this Platform use PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for illustrative purposes.

• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed. wvt99 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards and other incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Household: Unless explicitly stated, promotional offers are limited to one per user, household, device, IP address and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings become withdrawable. A 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets — these are illustrative examples only. Actual requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a wagering requirement is active, individual bets may be capped — illustratively at PKR 500 per round. Exceeding the maximum bet may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward rollover completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at lower rates. Check the specific promotion's contribution table.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window — commonly between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions cap the maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus play. Illustrative cap: PKR 25,000. Winnings above the cap may not be withdrawable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Content from the Platform for any commercial purpose.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the Platform or its Content without prior written consent.
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices on or from the Platform.
• Frame or embed any part of the Platform on a third-party website without express written authorisation from wvt99.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.
• wvt99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• wvt99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, gambling losses or damage to reputation.
• wvt99 does not provide legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Content on this Platform is for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial or legal decisions based on information obtained from this Platform.

wvt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account, and to withhold or void any associated funds, bets or promotions, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration or verification information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other conduct harmful to the Platform or other users.
• Suspected violation of applicable law, including gaming and financial crime legislation.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined by operator policy.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction or other legal obligation requiring account closure or asset freezing.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, wvt99 will endeavour to communicate the reason to the affected User to the extent permitted by applicable law and without prejudicing any ongoing investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wvt99 and its operator hold their applicable international operating licences. wvt99 operates under applicable international licensing jurisdiction and does not claim Pakistani government approval, PTA endorsement or State Bank of Pakistan authorisation.

In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting wvt99 support at [email protected].

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, as determined by wvt99 at its discretion.

wvt99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, close your account.
